Heather Allen has been with HelmsBriscoe since May of 2006. She has a strong understanding of hotel operations from her time employed by the Ritz Carlton Hotel Company. Her desire to meet the needs and expectations of her planners is above all influenced by her commitment to service and values. She views her clients as partners and works on their behalf.

Heather’s extensive knowledge in sales and marketing, hotel management, and finance help her to not only meet, but exceed her clients' expectations. She works with a consultative approach, and is results driven. Based on the needs of each event, Heather will ensure the resources are available. Her clients have helped her to reach the status of President’s Club and she values them above all as her main priority.
