Michele Lantow joined HelmsBriscoe in 2007 with over 15 years Hospitality Experience. She quickly moved up the ladder with HelmsBriscoe and became a Director in 2008. Michele is a top producer with HelmsBriscoe and a has been awarded into Helms Briscoe’s President’s Club . Her basic approach is to put the customer's needs as the top priority. With HelmsBriscoe, Michele is thrilled to have the necessary tools to assist clients in booking meetings anywhere in the world. Her goal is to provide complete satisfaction by using a fast, detailed, and knowledgeable approach. Michele began her hospitality sales career in 1994 working for the Columbus Convention & Visitors Bureau then relocated to work for Cleveland Convention & Visitors Bureau to be with family. Falling in love with the industry, she quickly moved up the ladder during her 12 years at CVB to Senior Account Representative and then promoted to Director of Lead Development. She was Employee of the Year after proving she knows what it takes to meet the client's needs. Clients always comment on her warm but professional approach.
