Augusto Dibenedetto joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2017. Based out of Sorrento, Italy, Augusto assists his clients with their venue sourcing and contract negotiation needs. His experience and understanding of what it takes to deliver the highest levels of customer service makes him a great asset to his clients, and brings value to their meetings and events.
Born and raised on the island of Capri, Augusto started working at a young age at his family’s restaurant. After living in London for more than eight years, he travelled extensively through Italy and other countries. During this time, he worked for high-end luxury hotel brands, including Four Seasons, Belmond Hotels and other boutique properties. Prior to joining HB, Augusto was Vice President of Operations at a destination management company in Rome. His tenacity, attention to detail, and in-depth understanding of the industry are the driving forces that allow Augusto to offer professional and customized solutions to his clients.
Augusto è recentemente entrato a far parte di HelmsBriscoe in qualità di Manager, Global Account. Con sede a Sorrento supporta ed assiste i suoi clienti nella ricerca e contrattazione di hotels e venues per piccoli e grandi eventi. Lavora nell’ambito del turismo e dell’ospitalità da più di 20 anni e vanta pertanto una solida esperienza nel settore.
Nato e cresciuto sull'isola di Capri, Augusto ha iniziato a lavorare da giovanissimo nel ristorante di famiglia. Dopo aver vissuto 8 anni a Londra, ha poi viaggiato moltissimo sia in Italia che all’estero, lavorando per grandi alberghi di lusso tra cui Four Seasons, Belmond Hotels e boutique hotels. L'esperienza acquisita durante gli anni contribuisce in modo importante a fargli comprendere ciò che realmente serve per garantire i massimi livelli di “Customer Services”, e a costruire relazioni reciprocamente vantaggiose di lunga durata. La sua ultima posizione come “Vice President of Operations”, presso un consolidato DMC di Roma, gli ha consentito di migliorare le sue capacità di negoziazione e di relazione con hotels e fornitori, nonché ampliare la sua conoscenza del mercato globale. La sua tenacia unita all'attenzione per i dettagli, l'eccellente conoscenza del settore e la sua passione sono sicuramente i suoi punti di forza che gli permettono di offrire sempre un servizio professionale e mirato a soddisfare e superare le aspettative del cliente.
