Her strong background in the hotel industry, in particular in sales & marketing and in conference & events, gives Beatrice the perfect knowledge and professionalism to meet and exceed the expectations of both client and supplier, in the process going from site search and selection to contract negotiation.
She does all this with great attention to details, passion and enthusiasm, with the aim to always assure successful and tailor-made events to her clients.
Apart from being and speaking Italian, Beatrice also speaks English and French. She lives in Brussels, the Capital of Europe and has 9-year experience in the Hotel Industry, mainly in International Sales, Conference, Banqueting and Events. She had the chance to work for International hotel chains of high reputation such as Marriott, Hilton and Accor, in congress center hotels and luxury hotels, both in Italy and in Europe. This helped Beatrice, not only to develop a great knowledge of International hotels, clients and markets, but also to acquire a large expertise in all the different steps of the meetings organization, making her a reliable professional and entrepreneur. Her International exposure also helped Beatrice to develop a great level of flexibility and adaptability to new working environments and cultures, establishing in each destination she lives her new home away from home.
