As part of the HelmsBriscoe Houston Team, Carolyn Zusi has 17 years of experience in the industry. Prior to joining HB as Regional Manager, Carolyn represented two of the world's largest hotel chains while specializing in international procurement. While based in Manhattan, she was responsible for over $10 million in annual revenue for a portfolio of five brands from one of the fastest growing international hotel companies in the world. She has assisted with site selection, hotel sales, meeting management, conferences and events in 43 countries on six continents.
In today's challenging economy, Carolyn has been assisting clients in creating a custom Strategic Meeting Management Platform (SMMP), which is tailored to the needs of each individual client. The SMMP provides companies with consistency, accurate reporting, cross-departmental standards, risk and liability mitigation, contractual standards and cost savings. Carolyn understands that each company is a unique entity - even within common industries - and she works closely with each company to individually craft and develop a plan which mirrors the company philosophy and standards.
