Diane Favia - Manager, Global Accounts
Diane joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2015. She brings with her two decades of experience working with event planners, hoteliers, corporate clients and associations. Her strong background in contract negotiations, exceptional customer service and a positive attitude is apparent in every program she assists her clients with.
Prior to joining HelmsBriscoe, Diane was a sales representative in American Airline’s group department. She was responsible for supporting American’s top accounts, negotiating rates and contracts ranging from international board meetings to city wide conventions. She represented AA at trade shows, FAM trips, and coordinated joint promotions with hotel chains in her role. Diane’s professionalism, industry knowledge and attention to detail allow clients peace of mind during the planning process. She is dedicated to providing the highest level of quality service to her clients. Diane lives in Dallas and her natural curiosity and love of travel has taken her to numerous destinations around the world.
