Emily joined HelmsBriscoe at the beginning of 2008. With nearly 10 years of professional experience in the Customer Service industry, Emily decided to change careers and join the fun and exciting world of the Hotel industry. Remaining focused on her love of the service industry, this step was natural for Emily. As she joined HelmsBriscoe, she was not only excited about controlling her destiny with her career, but also about putting her natural customer service skills to work and assisting with her clients every need.
Emily is a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Communications. She has been a leader in the Customer Service field holding prestigious positions such as General Manager of Customer Relations with a Fortune 200 Company. Emily prides herself in her organization, ability to multi-task, her attention to detail and relationship building skills. Emily feels that these skills are the key elements when working with clients to ensure that together, the best location and the best property are selected to meet the individual needs.
