Herschel joined HelmsBriscoe in 2010. He has 24 years of experience in working in sales and operations in the hospitality industry, which include Hilton Worldwide and Hyatt Hotels Corporation. One key factor that led to Herschel’s decision to join HelmsBriscoe was the company’s remarkable reputation for providing exceptional service and value to its clients. Herschel’s responsiveness, desire to exceed his clients’ expectations and knowledge in the hospitality industry, are essential attributes that have contributed to highly successful meetings.

Herschel strongly believes that education and the professional development he obtains as a member of Meeting Professionals International (MPI) have played an integral role in fine tuning his ability to find an ideal solution for his clients’ meeting objectives. In 2004, he was chosen as the Hilton Team Leader of a successful effort designed to train Sales and Catering Managers at a large number of Hilton properties in Southern California, as well as roll out a campaign to educate local clients on the company’s brands. In the eight years that he spent with Hilton Worldwide, Herschel received numerous awards and recognition for his accomplishments. He values the recognition that he receives from his clients most of all.
