Ingrid Hanou joined HelmsBriscoe in 2001 and is based in Seattle, Washington. With more than 35 years of experience in the hotel sales, meetings, and customer satisfaction research fields, Ingrid is uniquely qualified to deliver solutions and superior service to her clients. She is well-respected in the industry and has a proven track record as a prior director of sales and marketing with Marriott and Westin hotel companies. Ingrid applies her depth of experience to all her efforts on her clients’ behalf. In addition, Ingrid has been a key partner in developing and implementing solutions in the areas of customer satisfaction measurement, international convention trade show exhibitor studies, and focus groups for corporate and association management. As a past consultant to Starwood Hotels, Ingrid developed their international-lead referral program—one of the strongest such programs in existence today.
