Ingrid Hanou joined HelmsBriscoe in 2001 as Director, Global Accounts, and is based in Seattle, WA. With more than 30 years of experience in the hotel sales, meetings and customer satisfaction research fields, Ingrid is uniquely qualified to deliver solutions and superior service to her clients. She is well-respected in the industry and has a proven track record as director of sales and marketing with Marriott and Westin hotel companies. Ingrid applies her depth of experience to all of her efforts on her clients’ behalf. In addition, Ingrid has been a key partner in developing and implementing solutions in the areas of customer satisfaction measurement, international convention trade show exhibitor studies, and focus groups for corporate and association management. As a consultant to Starwood Hotels, Ingrid developed their international lead referral program, which remains the strongest such program in existence today.
