Kristy Newman joined HelmsBriscoe due to her passion for the hospitality industry that began at just 17 years of age. A young start provided her opportunities and experiences in many different positions with Marriott, Radisson and several other unique properties. Throughout these experiences, she has found fortitude in working with Clients that appreciate her dedication to thoroughness and efficiency; talents that today are often considered a unique and valued combination. As the recipient of numerous service awards throughout her career, Kristy eagerly offers her hospitality expertise in a consultative role to all her Clients. With a drive to address their unique needs, she succeeds in exceeding their expectations for superior service.
Along with her hotel experience, Kristy spent several years as General Manager for a luxury high-rise. The skills sharpened there include managing sales, fulfillment, and managing homeowner expectations. The combination of her hotel and conference services backgrounds gives Kristy the insight to ensure she is finding the right property with the best terms for each and every Client.
