Lisa Royster-Hiers joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2017. Based out of Charleston, South Carolina, Lisa’s hospitality career began in the 1990s as a hotel concierge. Over the years, she managed events, group sales, and hotel operations in resorts, full-service properties, and luxury hotels. She later transitioned to corporate planning and found the perfect way to utilize her experience in contract negotiation and event planning for groups of 20 to 2,000 guests.

With more than 25 years of industry experience, Lisa has worked with corporate, association, and incentive groups specializing in executive and board-level travel. Her diverse industry background, combined with HelmsBriscoe’s tools and resources for researching hotels, resorts, and cruise lines, speeds up the search for the perfect location for your group.
