Pat Zollman

Patricia had been in the Hospitality Industry since 1974. She started her career as a Managing Partner for a small 90 seat French Restaurant with full financial, administrative and front of the house responsibilities. Patricia joined Magic Pan in 1976 and was the General Manager of 4 separate award winning restaurants in Toronto in Ontario, Concord and San Francisco in California. Patricia also ran the test kitchen for the company as well as the Western Area Training Program. Patricia was the General Manager for Fuddruckers restaurant in Concord, CA in 1984. Patricia owned her own Accessory Design Business from 1988 to 1990 working with several Interior Designers and clients. Patricia worked as a corporate meeting planner for Council on Education in Management from 1991 to 1997, supervising a staff of 5 doing 1700 seminars a year.Patricia has been with HelmsBriscoe since 1997, working with corporate, association and government clients across the country.

Patricia has been with MPI from 1995 to 1998 and from 1999 to the present. Patricia has held the following positions -VP of Finance 2006-2007, Director of Strategic Alliances 2005-2006, VP of Education 2004-2005, Director of Awards and Recognition 2002-2004, and a member of the Hospitality Committee 1999-2002. Patricia has facilitated several breakfast roundtable sessions, moderated a panel discussion on technology, spoke at a workshop session on how to use third parties successfully and was on a panel discussion for Women's Leadership Institute. Patricia was recognized as Meeting Professional of the Year 2004-2005, Board of Director of the Year 2005-2006, as well as being named a power player several times for MPINCC .
