Prior to joining HelmsBriscoe in early 2005, Rita owned and operated a management consulting practice. For 25 years she specialized in the identification and development of organizational talent. Rita worked with domestic and international clients developing successful long-term relationships in both the public and private sectors. She spent most of her time living in hotels and utilizing meeting facilities. Thus, she is intimately familiar with the challenges associated with managing effective events.
