Randi Sussman

Randi Sussman, a seasoned professional meeting planner, joined HelmsBriscoe in November of 2004, and is now Senior Director, Global Accounts. Randi focuses her attention on building long-lasting relationships with her clients, which include, but are not limited to: medical, corporate, and association businesses. Her strengths include a firm knowledge of the meetings and conventions industry, as well as the ability to educate her clients on future industry trends. Customer satisfaction is her number one priority.

Randi earned a degree in Commercial Recreation and Tourism with a business minor from Ithaca College. She was a Meetings Manager with The Optical Society of America at the beginning of her career. While taking some time off to raise two children, Randi had always stayed up-to-date with the meetings industry, and she was extremely happy to restart her career by working full-time with HelmsBriscoe. In her first year with HelmsBriscoe, Randi accomplished a terrific goal of making the HB President’s Club. Randi continued to grow her business year after year. Now in her sixteenth year, Randi has earned the President’s Club designation eight times, and Master’s Club six times.
