Tim Pappalardo joined HelmsBriscoe in April 2009 with an incredibly diverse professional background. During college, Tim held numerous internships at New York's most prestigious casting agencies in film, TV, commercials and theatre. Prior to HB, Tim worked at a Broadway advertising agency in Account Management, and then moved to the non-profit world as an Event Manager for a national education organization, GLSEN. Throughout his career, Tim has continuously strived for excellence, going the extra mile to provide unparalleled service. He brings that same drive and determination daily to his clients at HB.
Tim looks forward to earning your trust as a partner in helping locate the best venues for your company's extended stays, meetings and events. His goal is to help you do your job better by assuming the time-consuming tasks of identifying, contacting, evaluating, negotiating and contracting sites for your important functions. With a background in meetings and event planning, Tim knows all too well what it takes to produce a memorable event (whether it's a one-day meeting or a four-month extended stay), and he looks forward to exemplifying how the power of HB can take you to the next level. When not working for his clients, Tim serves as Vice Chair on the Board of Directors for CM Performing Arts Center, a non-profit theatre company located in Oakdale, New York. He currently resides in Forest Hills, New York.
