Amy Martell joined HelmsBriscoe in October 1995 shortly after the birth of her second daughter. Amy and her team book over 200 meetings per year in locations all over the world for a wide variety of clients. She is also founder of the HB Moms group which is a networking group for HB associates who are Moms, and their clients. Martell won the HelmsBriscoe President’s Club Award in ’97 and ’98, the Master’s Club Award in ’02, ’03 and ‘04 and has been in the Chairman’s Club (Top 3 Producers in the Company) in ’99, ’00, ’01 and ’05.

      A graduate of the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Science & Journalism, her first position in the hospitality industry was with the Providence (RI) Convention and Visitors Bureau. After working for the Providence and Hartford CVBs, Amy moved to Washington, DC to represent seven New England CVBs to the association market. After that she worked for the Lee County, FL (Sanibel/Captiva Island) CVB and the Washington, DC offices of the Portland (OR) and Nashville CVBs.
