Dianne is a Certified Meeting Professional and has been with HB since April of 2003. She attributes her success to both keeping up with industry trends and continually developing her skills through education and training. Her 20+ years experience in the service industry provided the expertise needed for her important role in the site selection process. Supporting government, association and corporate clients as they negotiate with and choose hotels for events of all sizes is her specialty.

       Dianne is a member of Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA), Christian Meetings & Conventions Association (CMCA), and Experience Columbus. She has served 2 terms as supplier-director for her chapter of The Society of Government Meeting Professionals (SGMP)and one term as 2nd Vice-President. SGMP has recognized her on a local level as supplier of the year (2002/2004) and she was the president's choice award recipient (2003/2004).
