Client Centric – We believe that each meeting is a unique event and contracts should reflect the needs of the specific program and tailored to the terms and concessions that are important to each individual client. For that reason, HelmsBriscoe does not force anyone into a standard agreement. We do, however, retain a database of common contract clauses whose verbiage is applicable to our industry and are generally acceptable to the various supplier brands and hotel ownership groups.
Regional Leadership – Managing Directors and Regional Vice Presidents serve in the role of coaches and mentors to the new Associates in their regions. They also help Associates succeed by utilizing their skills creatively and effectively to overcome obstacles and find solutions for clients.
