Amy Persyn - Manager, Global Accounts
Amy Persyn joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2018. Based out of Austin, Texas, Amy conducts site selections and contract negotiations for her clients, and has more than 10 years of industry experience in event planning and hospitality. Amy knows how to match her clients with the perfect venues for their meetings, as well as negotiate the best hotel agreements on their behalf.
Amy attended Texas Tech University, and graduated with a BA in communications. Through years of volunteering and planning for fundraising events, Amy found a true passion for hospitality and events. That passion lead her to work for Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Texas as the Director of Individual Giving and Special Events for three years. During her time as Director, she planned a variety of events, including black tie galas and golf tournaments. When she moved to Austin, Amy started her seven-year career in hospitality and sales in Austin and North Dallas, where she held positions as Convention Services Manager and Area Director of Sales. With her experience and skills, Amy will work hard to secure the most value possible for her clients.
