Bebe Rabhan joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2020. Based out of Covington, Louisiana, Bebe is focused on client service. She is extremely efficient with event data processing, while ensuring that programs move forward with success. She works together with her husband to generate outstanding meetings and conferences tailored to client standards.

When Bebe and her husband purchased a boutique Inn on St. Charles Avenue in New Orleans in 2001, she fit right into place as Manager and Front Office Accounting Supervisor. This was a successful venture, and the Inn was sold in 2018. Bebe graduated from the University of Tennessee with a BS in Merchandising Management and remains a huge Volunteer fan to this day. HB clients will benefit from Bebe’s unique talents and broad experience as they plan their important programs.
