Clara Marangi

Clara Marangi joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2023. With more than 15 years of industry experience, Clara has worked in a variety of resorts located in Italian regions like Puglia, Emilia-Romagna, Piemonte, as well as St. Moritz and Pontresina in Switzerland. Based out of Rimini, Italy, she assists clients in identifying meeting venues while providing strategic solutions for groups and events. Based on the criteria of each client, she negotiates rates and concessions and facilitates the contracting process to create unique event experiences. Clara offers clients valuable industry knowledge, flexibility, empathy, precision, and patience.

Prior to joining HB, Clara worked in front-office roles, as a booking agent, and as a reservation manager, where she processed all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations. In 2009, she graduated in Tourism Economics from Bologna University with a thesis in economic geography. In February of 2023, she earned a master's degree in Economics with a thesis focusing on sustainability in hotels, including environmental, social, and governmental impact. Fluent in Italian, English, French, and German, Clara’s industry experience and cultural background will ensure success for her clients.
