Desirey Virgin - Manager, Global Accounts
Desirey Virgin joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2021. Based out of both Miami, Florida and Atlanta, Georgia, she specializes in orchestrating a full range of logistical components for complex, large-scale events, providing end-to-end project management of the hotel selection, room blocks, pricing, and negotiations. With more than 10 years of industry experience, she has worked in the sales and events department for the world’s largest and trendiest restaurant and hotel brands, as well as boutique venues and hostels.
After her studies at Albany State University in Georgia, Desirey moved to Miami to work at Thompson Hotels, Ritz-Carlton, and Generator Hostels, where she gained fundamental experience in the field of conventions and events. When not practicing yoga, she’s traveling the world, enjoying awe-inspiring cultures, and dining at the hippest restaurants. Her knowledge of the hotel industry, as well as her understanding of clients' needs, provides her with a unique perspective to better assist her clients.
