Joni holds a Business degree from the University of Alabama, beginning her career as a cost accountant. This attention to detail serves her well in negotiating the best value for her Clients. Joni entered the hospitality industry in 1997, working for Starwood Hotels & Resorts. While there, she earned a reputation for excellent customer service, repeatedly winning the prestigious Gold Award on the Top Gun Sales Team. Joni is the proud mother of two military sons, an Army and Marine officer. She served as both President and board member of the West Point Parents Club of central Florida for four years and remains active in supporting our military. This level of passion and professionalism translates into the highest commitment to her Clients.
