Jill Keirstead joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2024. Based out of Montgomery, Alabama, she is proficient in customer service, negotiation, and problem solving. With a background in hotel service and group sales, Jill uses these skills to provide smooth and satisfactory client experiences.

Prior to joining HelmsBriscoe, Jill gained her experience within the hospitality industry through a range of customer-facing roles, including zookeeper, front desk agent, and hotel sales manager. Jill attended Auburn University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Wildlife Enterprise Management in 2021. She is happy to have the opportunity to work with clients at HelmsBriscoe to create memorable events.
