Robert Walsh joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2022. Based out of Central Florida, he works with his HB partner, Craig Smith, to facilitate group and event bookings worldwide. Having worked for some of the largest entertainment organizations in the greater Orlando area, Craig has received several leadership and performance awards, including the “Above & Beyond” award, as well as the Disney “Partners in Excellence” title.

With more than 25 years of industry experience, Craig has experience in theme park and resort hotel sales. He has also worked in operations positions, including human resources in customer service and sales organizations. Robert holds a SPHR designation from the Society of Human Resources Management, and is a Six Sigma green belt. With extensive experience in RFPs, contract negotiations, and KPI reporting, he is excited to utilize his industry experience with HelmsBriscoe.
