Shirley Chiu - Manager, Global Accounts
Shirley joined HelmsBriscoe in November 2013 to further enhance her experiences and expertise and also to utilize HelmsBriscoe’s strengths in technology, buying power, customer service, global exposure and experience in the industry for the benefit of her Clients.
After graduating with a degree in hotel management from The University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Shirley spent the first 11 years of her career working for The New World Hotel, Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Holiday Inn Golden Mile and The Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. Shirley retained the best business practices of each of the hotels. She later worked for the Business Sales Division of Tiffany & Co. Hong Kong for more than 14 years. Her last position at Tiffany & Co was Regional Manager Asia, Business Sales.
With her extensive experience in the hospitality and luxury retail industries, Shirley has developed an eye for details while providing exceptional customer service to her Clients and developing long term business relationships with them. Her exceptional knowledge of business and her think-outside-of-the- box attitude provide her with the ability to strive for the best outcome for her Clients.
Apart from work, Shirley devotes most of her time to her family and her two lovely chows, Duke and Baron.
