Susanna Cota-Robles

Susanna is an accomplished hospitality marketing professional with over 15 years of experience in sales and event management. A native of Arizona, Susanna has also lived in Seattle, Washington, and on the Hawaiian islands of Kaua`i and Lāna`i, enriching her expertise in diverse markets and travel destinations. A graduate of The University of Arizona with a BA in Communication, Susanna recently completed the Advanced Digital Marketing and Growth Strategies Program at The Wharton School. She brings a strategic and results-driven approach to her new role as Manager, Global Accounts with HelmsBriscoe, and her expertise in hospitality operations, contract negotiations, and destination planning provides clients with invaluable insights into corporate meetings, incentive travel, and executive retreats.

Throughout her career, Susanna has collaborated with prestigious luxury brands, including Kukui`ula Development on Kaua`i, Four Seasons Resort and Sensei Wellness Retreat on Lāna`i, and the The Westin La Paloma Resort & Country Club and Canyon Ranch Wellness Resorts in Tucson, Arizona. She has also achieved award-winning sales performance with Hilton Hotels, serving the University of Arizona and a historic, boutique hotel in Sedona. Passionate, determined, and a creative problem solver, Susanna is dedicated to delivering exceptional event solutions while also making a meaningful impact beyond her professional pursuits.
