Jen Hinton joined HelmsBriscoe as Director, Global Accounts in 2025. Based in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, she brings client visions to life through strategic venue sourcing, meeting brokering, and extensive event management expertise. Known for her collaborative, solution-focused style, Jen has specialized in intentional design, brand-aligned experiences, and high-impact execution. A Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), she has led everything from $10M global conferences to bespoke VIP gatherings. Her philosophy is to listen deeply, design with purpose, and deliver with excellence.

With more than 28 years in hospitality and event leadership, Jen has held executive roles with Aimbridge Hospitality, Interstate Hotels & Resorts, and MeriStar REIT. She’s led national sales and service training, driven brand growth, and launched immersive activations that increased revenue and recognition. An active member of PCMA and HSMAI, she also serves on the board of the Rehoboth Beach Film Society and supports the Dewey Business Partnership. Jen taps into her operational expertise to identify, source, and contract hotels for events that elevate brands and engage audiences.
