Amanda Genco joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2024. Based out of Madrid, Spain, she works with Spanish, Italian, and international companies, helping them to find the perfect venues for their groups and events. She is empathetic, sociable, and enjoys working with customers to fulfill and exceed their expectations while building strong relationships.

With 10 years of industry experience, Amanda worked for one of the most prominent Spanish hotel chains, NH Hotel Group, as a Reservations Specialist, VIP Accounts Manager, and Groups & Events Executive. During this time, she worked with a variety of hotels and companies in Europe and across the globe. She also served as an Event Coordinator for a five-star hotel in Madrid, the VP Plaza España Design, where she acquired direct experience in organizing and running meetings, congresses, and social events. This experience allows Amanda to understand the needs of her clients and provide the best possible solutions. Amanda studied Tourism & Languages in Italy and Barcelona and speaks Italian, Spanish, and English.
