Amy began her career with HelmsBriscoe in 2011. She joined the team ready to utilize her vast experience in customer relations to ensure that her clients were more than satisfied with their choice of available meeting locations. Her excitement in finding new properties to present, or to help a group return to a tried and true favorite venue, are apparent in the care she provides each and every client, regardless of their meeting size.
With a background in hotel operations and customer service, Amy has spent years working with customers to ensure that the business relationship and experience exceeded their initial expectations. From managing operations at several Starwood properties, to recruiting and training hospitality and corporate customer service representatives, she has always made time to know her clients, be readily available, and willing to work above and beyond to help ensure their program’s success. Amy brings a high level of commitment to your site selection experience, and fully utilizes her resources, knowledge, and experience to deliver exceptional and efficient results.
