Ashma Poudel joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2025. Based in Bangkok, Thailand, she supports clients across the region in sourcing ideal venues for meetings, incentives, conferences, and events (MICE). With over a decade of experience spanning business development, hospitality, and strategic operations, Ashma has worked with prestigious five-star hotels in Nepal, including The Terraces Resort, Radisson Kathmandu, Gokarna Forest Resort, and Dusit Princess. Her combined understanding of both venue operations and client needs allows her to deliver tailored, seamless event solutions that align with each project’s purpose, scale, and vision.
Beyond hospitality, Ashma has held leadership roles at organizations such as BMW Financial Services Thailand, CloudFactory, and Nimbuzz. She also co-founded wellness and sustainable product ventures under the Asali Himali brand and led a UN FAO-backed initiative to establish Nepal’s first biodegradable packaging plant. Holding dual master’s degrees from Chulalongkorn University and the Asian Institute of Technology, Ashma pairs her business expertise with her background as a certified yoga and Ayurveda wellness expert—bringing balance, care, and clarity to every client relationship.
