Andre’ Varona joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2025. Originally from Miami, Florida, he spent the last 25 years in Palm Beach County and is currently located in Port St. Lucie. He is a graduate of the Institute of Organizational Management (IOM), which is part of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. He also served on the Florida Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors from 2010-2015, and currently serves on the Community Relations committee of the Kravis Center of Performing Arts (WPB). He believes in servant leadership and the Givers Gain philosophy.

With more than 20 years of industry experience, Andre’ founded a business marketing firm focused on multi-cultural strategies and community and government relations. Before that, he served as the President of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Palm Beach County, as well as on the Board of Directors of Discover Palm Beaches, the marketing tourism arm of PBC. Using his extensive industry experience, paired with HelmsBriscoe’s global reach and industry relations, he looks forward to expanding on the quality service he has always strived to deliver in everything he does.
