Alison Watkins joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2025. Based out of Orlando, Florida, she brings a passion for delivering exceptional meetings with unmatched value. Known for her negotiation skills, organizational expertise, and client-focused approach, she ensures every detail is handled with precision while securing the best venues and most favorable terms. Alison provides her clients with significant time and cost savings, along with the confidence that their meetings will be seamless, impactful, and stress-free.

With more than 24 years of industry experience, Alison has built her career as a trusted expert in planning and executing conferences, tradeshows, and board meetings, as well as serving clients as a Senior Wedding Planner for over 17 years. She is dedicated to making the planning process effortless for her clients, ensuring every event is smooth, enjoyable, and exceeds expectations. Alison earned her degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida and holds the prestigious Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation. Dedicated to advancing the industry and her community, she has served on the advisory board for the Event Management program at UCF’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management and actively contributes as a planning committee member for Easterseals’ A Pair to Remember, an annual event benefiting Easterseals of Central Florida.
