She gained hands-on experience in various industry roles during her college years, including working at The Masters, Yellowstone National Park, WaterColor Beach Club, and studying abroad in Europe. A passionate traveler, she loves exploring new places, which has deepened her understanding of global event needs.

Bricken spent the last three years at The Club, Inc. in Birmingham, managing corporate and social events and sharpening her skills in logistics, client relations, and event coordination.
