Christine Bevins

Christine joined Helms Briscoe in 2011. She is a certified meeting professional who comes to HelmsBriscoe with over twenty years of meeting planning and hotel contract negotiation experience for association, medical, government and corporate groups. Starting out in Washington D.C., she planned and managed large conventions and trade shows for a variety of associations including National Association of Mortgage Brokers, Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems, and American Defense Preparedness Association, among others. A move south took her into the corporate world as an event manager for Tech Data in Clearwater, Florida where she managed dozens of customer appreciation events, sales incentive trips and executive retreats. From there she branched out to consult for and work with travel agents, destination management companies and large event planning companies. For the past ten years, she has been working as an independent planner, primarily for The Children's Oncology Group, the CureSearch foundation and other non-profit groups.

Given her range of experience working closely with many different kinds of groups, Christine truly understands the importance of her client's specific group meeting needs and finding just the right property (and rate) to fulfill those needs. Her well rounded background in the meetings industry makes her an invaluable resource and partner to the clients she serves.
