Carolyn joined HelmsBriscoe in December of 2025 and currently serves as Manager, Global Accounts. Based in Firestone, Colorado, she has a passion for assisting clients with their meeting and event needs and excels at building lasting relationships. Recognized for her strength in closing business, she is excited to continue working with longstanding clients to help them find the perfect locations for their events.

Carolyn’s hospitality career began in 1982 as an event planner for American Express. After starting a family, she launched her own catering business, which she ran for 13 years. Upon relocating to Colorado, Carolyn transitioned to hotel sales, where she spent 28 years working with a diverse range of clients worldwide, specializing in booking convention groups ranging from 20 to 2,000 attendees. She is convinced that the foundation of successful meeting planning lies in cultivating meaningful, collaborative partnerships with both clients and sales teams, ensuring every event is tailored to exceed expectations.
