Cristina Cerbu joined HelmsBriscoe as a Meetings & Events Consultant in 2026. Based out of Bucharest, Romania, she brings her MICE, banquets, and luxury hotel operations expertise to support HelmsBriscoe’s global accounts. She holds a BA in International Hospitality Management and has completed sales, leadership, and communication training through Jumeirah, Emaar, and IHG. She also completed the ILM Level 3 management course and holds a hotel general manager diploma, as well as a degree from The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management.

With more than 15 years of industry experience, Cristina has worked across some of the world’s leading hospitality brands. She most recently served as Director of MICE & Banquets Operations, leading sales, conference/events, and banqueting teams for a property with more than 200 rooms. She also held leadership roles in pre-opening and events with The Address Hotels (Dubai), InterContinental and Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City, and Jumeirah Group’s Madinat Jumeirah and Emirates Towers properties. She is fluent in English and Romanian and brings a genuine passion for hospitality. Her promise is to provide clients with meticulous planning, seamless execution, and an experience that exceeds expectations at every turn.
