Claudia Hardy joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2025. Based out of Birmingham, Alabama, she is excited to work with clients to assist them with all their meeting needs, especially when it comes to finding the right venue for their events. Her attention to detail and experience as a former HelmsBriscoe client strengthens her promise to be intentional to the unique needs of each organization.

Claudia holds a BA in Communications Arts, specializing in Public Relations, and a Master of Public Relations (MPA), specializing in Organizational Management and Behavior, from UAB. With more than 30 years of industry experience, she has worked at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) as Director of Community Outreach and Engagement. In this role, she had the opportunity to plan annual meetings with academic, community-based, scientific, faith, and pharmaceutical organizations. She received numerous accolades for her outstanding ability to plan and grow attendance at the annual community/academic conference by 40%.
