Carol Clary Holmes joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2007. Based on her 15 years of experience in all facets of the hospitality industry, Carol learned the importance of listening to her clients, building a relationship, understanding her client’s goal when assisting them in making the site selection for their event, and then using her negotiating and contract skills to make the event a win-win for all parties involved. Her motto is: “She is only as good as her client’s last meeting.”
Carol is from Atlanta, GA, attended The Westminster Schools, and earned a Bachelor Degree in Education from the University of Georgia, where she is still a football season ticket holder. She learned the importance of customer service during her years as a flight attendant, working with the Atlanta Olympics in 1996, and being an integral part of the opening of the Four Seasons Atlanta. In 1999, the Four Seasons transferred her to Dallas, TX, and from there she worked with Rosewood Hotels and Resorts, (where she met her husband), and Omni Hotels. Carol has one daughter, Reagan, one son, Walker, and is very involved Dallas Rotary Club, Cattle Baron’s Ball, Heroes for Children, and various other charitable organizations.
