Charlotte Hyman joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2026. Based out of Denver, Colorado, she specializes in strategic venue sourcing, contract negotiation, and full-cycle meeting and event planning for corporate, association, and social clientele. Charlotte partners closely with organizations to align their program goals with the right destinations and venues, ensuring exceptional attendee experiences. Charlotte's philosophy centers on building long-term relationships, delivering seamless execution, and advocating for her clients every step of the way. She is committed to making the planning process efficient, transparent, and ultimately successful for every client she serves.
With more than 12 years of industry experience, Charlotte has held leadership roles across sales and event operations with leading hospitality brands, including Marriott and Hyatt. Most recently, she served as Dual Sales Manager for Hyatt House and Hyatt Place Denver Downtown, where she led group sales strategy, secured high-value business, and managed complex, multi-day programs. She has also held positions as Director of Event Services at Hyatt Regency Mission Bay and Assistant Event Service Manager at Grand Hyatt Kauai, where she oversaw large-scale event operations for up to 2,000 attendees and managed cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact programs.
