Cristina Pagès joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2026. Based in Barcelona, Spain, she supports international clients by providing strategic event sourcing expertise, venue contracting guidance, and end-to-end solutions for meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions. In her role, she specializes in global hotel sourcing, negotiation, and cost optimization, ensuring that every client receives the right venue, at the right value, with the right contractual protection.

Cristina has more than 25 years of industry experience. Prior to joining HelmsBriscoe, she gained key skills in two strategic roles that shaped her expertise in global event sourcing. As a Special Events Executive at Grupo Pacífico, she oversaw high-profile events, developing strong skills in venue contracting, technical production, and stakeholder management — competencies that now allow her to evaluate complex proposals with confidence and precision. Later, as Events & Sponsorship Manager at Epson Ibérica, she led corporate events from the client side, gaining a deep understanding of brand expectations, ROI, and internal stakeholder needs. This dual perspective — agency and corporate — now enables her to anticipate client priorities accurately and deliver solutions that align with both operational and strategic objectives.
