Concepció Romero Soriano is a Manager, Global Accounts at HelmsBriscoe, and is based in Barcelona, Spain. She supports clients by sourcing, evaluating, and contracting hotels and venues for meetings and events, helping organizations save time and optimize budgets. In her role, she focuses on identifying solutions that are operationally sound and aligned with each client’s objectives. With more than 20 years of industry experience, Concepció has developed her career through senior operational and leadership roles within the meetings, events, and hospitality sectors. She has worked with a variety of organizations, including Integrated Systems Europe (ISE), Fira Barcelona, World Trade Center Barcelona Congress Center, and Torre Mapfre Convention Center, managing venue operations, logistics, supplier coordination, budgets, and client services for large-scale international events. She has also collaborated closely with the hotel and institutional sectors through her work with the Gremi d’Hotels de Barcelona and in VIP services at Barcelona Airport. Concepció holds an Executive MBA, a master’s degree in Event Management, and a bachelor’s degree in Tourism. She is dedicated to helping HelmsBriscoe clients plan successful events by combining practical experience, strong local market knowledge, and a collaborative approach.
