Chris Schroeder joined HelmsBriscoe in 2025 as Manager, Global Accounts, contributing more than 35 years of expertise in the hospitality and events industry. As a Certified Meeting Professional since 2007, Chris has established a reputation for delivering outstanding service, strategic guidance, and successful results for a diverse client base. 
Prior to joining HelmsBriscoe, Chris dedicated 25 years to a hospitality management company based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, representing premier brands such as Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt, along with independent resorts and boutique properties. His roles have included Director of Convention Services, Director of Sales, and membership on the leadership team at the distinguished Amway Grand Plaza Curio by Hilton—a 650-room convention property where he managed events for up to 6,000 attendees. Chris’s areas of specialization include convention sales, contract negotiations, hotel operations, and event coordination. Throughout his career, he has built enduring client relationships founded on professionalism and a commitment to excellence. His extensive experience, combined with his CMP credential, enables him to deliver substantial value and ensure the success of every event.
