With more than 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Debbie brings a well-rounded perspective to her role as Director, Global Accounts. She holds a degree in Hospitality Administration from Boston University, and notable career highlights include the reopening of the InterContinental Barclay in New York City and the opening of AKA University City in Philadelphia. Having worked on-property and in global sales, she offers a unique understanding of the industry and a client-first approach that allows her to anticipate needs, negotiate strategically, and provide peace of mind throughout the planning process. Her passion for travel and creating exceptional, one-of-a-kind experiences shines through in everything she does.

Debbie works closely with clients to identify the ideal venues for their meetings and events, aligning each recommendation with their unique needs, objectives, and vision. From in-depth research and proposal evaluation to contract negotiations, she guides clients through every stage of the site selection process with care and confidence. Known for her warm personality, meticulous attention to detail, and collaborative approach, Debbie goes above and beyond to secure the best venues, favorable terms, and added-value perks. She also takes pride in sharing her industry expertise with both clients and colleagues, building trusted relationships along the way. Outside of work, Debbie enjoys traveling with her husband and two children, discovering local cultures and cuisines, relaxing at the beach, and taking walks with her dog, Peter.
