In this role, she leverages her more than 25 years of expertise in meetings and events to support clients with venue sourcing, contract negotiations, and designing seamless experiences that exceed expectations. With a client-first philosophy, she is dedicated to simplifying the planning process while maximizing value and impact. Her superpower is guiding entrepreneurs and organizations in curating memorable experiences, thereby sharpening her negotiation skills, strengthening vendor relationships, and deepening her ability to deliver results in a competitive marketplace.

Prior to joining HelmsBriscoe, Dawn was an independent consultant and served in leadership and consulting roles, successfully securing major corporate sponsorships with brands such as Coca-Cola, Sony BMG, Chick-fil-A, Celebrity Cruise Lines, T. Rowe Price, Hallmark, Starbucks, and Procter & Gamble. She believes that great meetings and events are not just about logistics, but about creating connections and opportunities that last long after the event concludes. Her promise to clients is to provide exceptional service, innovative solutions, and the peace of mind that comes from knowing every detail has been handled with care. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys playing golf, traveling, supporting women in business as a mentor with the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center, and giving back to her community.
