Dailan Patel joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2026 and is based in Little Rock, Arkansas. In this role, he helps organizations identify the ideal venues for meetings and events while maximizing value through strategic site selection and contract negotiations. What excites Dailan most is the opportunity to combine his hospitality expertise with a client-focused approach to deliver successful meeting experiences. Known for his responsiveness, attention to detail, and strong commitment to service, he works closely with clients to simplify the planning process and ensure every meeting achieves its objectives.

With several years of hospitality industry experience, Dailan has held leadership positions managing hotel operations, guest services, housekeeping teams, financial oversight, and inventory management. These roles provided him with a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations and the factors that contribute to successful meetings and guest experiences. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from the University of Central Arkansas, further strengthening his expertise in leadership, operations, and business strategy. His hotel industry background and education allow him to provide clients with informed guidance and exceptional service throughout the venue selection process.
