DeeDee Smidt fell in love with the hospitality business when she went to work for the Fort Collins Convention and Visitors Bureau in beautiful Fort Collins, Colorado. An avid traveler herself, she knew what an important roll hotels play in determining whether a vacation or a meeting is truly memorable.

The experience DeeDee gained working in the sales department of hotels gave her the knowledge she needs to negotiate and to generate contracts that clients will be comfortable with. The ability to develop relationships with clients is DeeDee’s strongest suit. Many of her former hotel clients remain close friends and stay in touch on a regular basis. The importance of great customer service became very evident at the hotel level and is something she strives for in her position with HelmsBriscoe. Returning phone calls and emails in a timely manner is a promise she makes to all her clients and she looks forward to working with you.
