A dedicated brand marketer and MICE specialist, Deepa is known for turning ideas into flawless, high-impact execution. A courageous breast cancer survivor, professional Bollywood dance choreography team member, and devoted mother, Deepa brings unmatched resilience, grace, and empathy to every client relationship and every event she touches.

Deepa has held senior marketing and event management roles at organizations, including Corporate Events, HDFC Life, and Reliance, where she curated innovative MICE experiences, R&R programs, and partner engagement initiatives across India and 36 countries globally. This global, cross-cultural experience, paired with her hands-on expertise managing large and diverse audiences, prepared her to bring the same precision and creativity to venue sourcing and site selection for HelmsBriscoe's clients. Deepa is an alumna of the EMDI Institute of Event Management.
