Esther Maninger-Franzan joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2026 and is based in Siegendorf, Austria. With more than 18 years of experience in the international hotel, meetings, and events industry, she brings extensive market knowledge and a strong network to every project. She holds a university degree in Tourism Management and has held various sales and leadership positions in the meeting and event division of a leading international hotel group. Her involvement with the Austrian Convention Bureau has further strengthened her industry expertise, expanded her professional network, and established her reputation within the Austrian meetings and events sector. Her experience on the hotel side enables her to quickly understand her clients’ requirements, identify the most-suitable venues, and negotiate with a clear understanding of what matters to both sides.
