Erin Phelps joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2026, bringing more than 15 years of experience across hospitality, travel operations, and client service. Based in Greenville, South Carolina, Erin loves taking the complicated pieces of hotel sourcing for meetings and events, including negotiations, logistics, and all the details in between, and making the process easier for her clients. She approaches every program as a partnership, taking the time to understand what matters most to each client and finding solutions that make sense for their goals, their attendees, and their budget. For Erin, the best client relationships are built on trust, honest communication, and knowing someone is genuinely in your corner.

Before joining HelmsBriscoe, Erin spent several years with Disney Entertainment Television managing travel and logistics for high-profile talent, press tours, industry events, and large-scale programs across the United States and internationally. Her career has also taken her through corporate travel, hospitality, and restaurant operations, giving her a unique perspective of both sides of the guest and client experience. She has managed significant budgets, sourced hotels and room blocks, negotiated rates, coordinated complex transportation, and navigated the kind of last-minute changes that come with moving thousands of travelers each year. Erin brings that same combination of resourcefulness, attention to detail, and genuine care to every HelmsBriscoe client, because finding the right hotel is important, but making the entire experience feel effortless is even better.
